Key Responsibilities
• Support the development, testing and launch of new digital products and commercial platforms.
• Manage, maintain and enhance our existing websites, applications and digital services.
• Develop new website features, functionality and user experiences.
• Assist with digital subscriptions, online payment solutions, e-commerce and other revenue-generating initiatives.
• Support WordPress development, plugins, hosting, databases and system integrations.
• Monitor website performance, security, backups and technical reliability.
• Work closely with IT, editorial, advertising and management teams to deliver digital projects.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support across our digital network.
Skills & Experience
• Practical experience in website development, digital platforms or IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of WordPress, content management systems and web technologies.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and databases.
• Experience with APIs, payment gateways, hosting and system integrations would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through to launch.
• A proactive, innovative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or demonstrated practical experience in digital development.
